The purpose of the Delaware State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program Planning Committee is to develop, approve, implement, monitor, review, and revise as appropriate a strategic plan that establishes funding priorities and approves projects, which are intended to identify, assess, and address cyber risks within and across state and local government organizations in the State of Delaware in accordance with the requirements of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and the State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program administered by the United States Department of Homeland Security Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
